Cameron Venter is a speaker, coach, and facilitator dedicated to helping individuals and teams achieve high-quality impact in their leadership and performance.
He has led leadership development at a fintech organisation, co-founded a tech start-up, and now runs The Generative Group, a successful leadership coaching and development business serving start-ups, corporates, and executives across sectors. Cameron has also lectured at the Entrepreneur Development Academy at the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Certified as an Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, Cameron is fascinated by leadership and team transformation and the tools that help people be the best version of themselves.
Cameron has also been a member of the Professional Golfers Association and has coached golf in the USA, Germany, India, and South Africa.
Cameron's passion for transformation, impact, and human potential, together with his diverse career experience, forms the foundation of his generative approach to life and leadership.
